The WorkWell Programme, delivered by CPSL Mind, offers free, personalised one-to-one support for individuals aged 16 and over who are struggling to find or keep a job due to a health problem. This includes physical and/or mental health challenges. You must have the right to work in the UK and live in, or be registered with a GP or job centre in Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, South Cambridgeshire, or Royston. The programme is voluntary and has no impact on benefits. Work and health coaches provide support to overcome barriers and connect individuals with local services such as health professionals, community groups, and other support. Access is via self-referral through the WorkWell website, where you can choose your most relevant geographical hub, fill in a short form, and a coach will contact you within 48 hours.
